Description
This 4 beams zinc plated steel telescopic slide provides an over extension.
It includes a lock out: to close the drawer, you need to press on a latch. The intermediate beam has an automated unlocking feature.
Strong, it includes reinforced ball bearings to improve its load capacity and resistance to torque loads. It is designed for heavy duty application when a rugged product is needed that provides incresed access to the moving equipment.

Applications
This heavy duty telescopic guide gets its strength from its cold drawn profiles and from its strong shock resistant end stops.
It is designed for heavy duty drawers that requires an easy access to the rear side of the moving hardware.
Including reinforce ball bearings, it can also be flat mounted. Please note that a flat mounting will increase the deflection.
In most of the cases, only one slide with a latch is enough to lock the drawer, this makes the assembly easy to operate. In case of vehicule use, please contact us if you think about using a slide with a locking device.
Note: It is not always possible to produce shorter length slides with locking systems and the fixing hole patterns may differ.
Attention: we do not recommend this model for use in vertical (up & down) applications.
Manufacture
Chambrelan produces this telescopic guide from cold drawn steel profile.
It is supplied with a white zinc plating, of a 12 microns average thickness, which offers a remarkable corrosion resistance.
It includes electrozinc plated steel ball cages with steel ball bearings.
The latches are in white zinc plated steel.
It is greased with a high pressure grease.
